406일차 - 자전거수하물에 대한 항공사의 답변

항공사에 최종확인 겸, 자전거 수하물에 대한 문의 메일을 보냈다. 일요일이라, 내일이나 답변을 받을 줄 알았는데, 오후 늦게 답장이 왔다.

You should pay in local currency ( Indian Rupee) . International flights' rate for bike is 50 EUR, which is equal to 3795 INR. You need to pay this sum.

As economy class passenger you can take 1 piece of luggage in cabin. The size of luggage shouldn't exceed 56 x 45 x 25 cm. The weight of luggage is not important( it could be more than 20kg, but should be less than 32kg) so you can take your backpack as cabin luggage. Above this you can have registered baggage, free allowance of registered baggage is 20kg for economy class.

Your bicycle will not be included into your free allowance baggage, as you pay sport equipment fare ( 50EUR=3795INR).

All in all you should pay only 3795 INR for bicycle.

내용인 즉슨, 자전거의 수하물은 특별 요금만 내면, 실을 수 있다. 또 기내에 가지고 들어갈 수 있는 짐은 1개인데, 무게와 상관없이 정해진 사이즈(56 x 45 x 25 cm)만 만족하면 된다.

이렇게 되니, 특별 요금만 내면, 별다른 추가 요금 없이 비행기를 탈 수 있게 된 셈이다.
